Project background

The State of California is giving away free water-saving fixtures and free leak repair services to owners of homes and community buildings in your area. This is part of a broader effort to conserve more of your precious local water supply. All fixtures and services are paid for by the State and will be provided and installed at no cost to you. People in other communities have already begun to benefit from this program and it’s now being extended to yours.
